Join our Young: Equal community for this storytelling workshop hosted by Naperville's People Tree, a storytelling collective. Get inspired by LGBTQ+ member and experienced storyteller Michelle Young, who will share a story and hold space for Q&As at the end. You can prepare something beforehand or simply show up and see where the hours take you. Learn how to curate a story in an accepting, low-stakes environment where you're welcome to keep your work private or share it in the brave space of the group. Feel free to bring your favorite journal / pen / computer; we'll also have journals and pens to share. We can't wait for this empowering experience together! Refreshments provided.
