About the Event

Free Event

Grades: 6th, 7th, and 8th

April showers bring May flowers AND plenty of couch time with a good book...why not read alongside friends??

Join your Young: Equal community for a book club that features queer representation both on the pages and in our discussion circle.

We will be reading Zenobia July by Lisa Bunker. Grab your library card (reciprocity exists between public libraries, btw!) and get your copy from the Glen Ellyn Public Library starting March 26. To get your book, go to the youth desk on the first floor and tell the librarian you're with the middle school Young: Equal Book Club. Can't wait for you to start reading with us!

Join us for the chat no matter how far along in the book you are! All people in 6th - 8th grade welcomed & refreshments provided.

**You do not need to have finished the book to join**
